There is a very real possibility that we will have to have a "To be continued" possibly Friday or Saturday from this raid. However, due to being familiar with the raid and Ulden bringing a new strat for the Templar fight, we should be expecting at least a clear up to Atheon. Atheon Hard Mode: Assuming the changes go through. Final phase he will randomly teleport 3 people into the time portal. That means unless you are one of two designated "Never pick that damn thing up" people, you spam the square and pick up the relic when you get ported. The other two who didn't get it immediately go into "Kill the adds and -blam!- up oracles mode." Assuming that goes right, the defense team has a pretty easy job. "Home Team" during hard mode: The only major change to this is each person will get the stupid suppress cage around them when Atheon teleports the other 3. Based on our strat though, everyone should simply back up into the defender bubble on the middle platform at around the 1 second left for Time's Vengeance, this gives plenty of time for you to kill the cage, and jump to each spot. My recommendation, is that whoever is closest to the right, jump to the right, left, jump to the left, and middle stay. But that won't always work out. The best way to do it is simply get it done, however you decide, minimal chatter needs to be had because the time portal team may need to communicate simultaneously. For those of you not familiar with defense. One person on each sync plate tower needs to be in place, and the third person should be standing on the pillar in the middle. As supplicants spawn, kill them, it's pretty -blam!-ing simple. Relic holding. Cleanse/shield is your grenade button. Jumping and your firing button is a titan smash, and your melee is simple a bladedancer like melee strike. Kill the adds, (with team support) stay alive, cleanse them and get out of the portal. Get into the center block and hold shield when Atheon starts firing. At 2 seconds left from Time's Vengeance, step back into the Titan bubble and wait for the randoms to be sent to the portal. Make sure the weapons you want to use are upgraded as much as possible and be aware Bungie's "Atheon Fix" may be implemented by Wednesday, which means everyone needs to be familiar with all aspects of the Atheon final phase, Relic Holding, Portal "Away" team operations, (Oracle and add killing) as well as plate defense, and middle supplicant sniping. This effectively means EVERYONE needs to use an "Oracle" killing primary weapon because in Hard mode, they have a shit ton more hp.

New Schedule October 15, 2014 8pm PST Wednesday Normal Mode Raid Here is the new week's posting guys. We had a pretty good clear time last week. But we still don't have the levels needed for a legit Hard Mode run. Post here to sign up. I'm giving priority to those who were there last week. We want to work on keeping our death count low for these coming runs to prepare for what hard mode has in store. My plan is if we can get a few people to get there armor in order in order to get to 30 and 29, we can eventually start doing hard mode and not worry about normal. For now, loot pinata it is. NOTE: When you post for signup under this comment, list any raid ready alts you have as well. It is possible that we can do 2 quick back to back runs if enough people have alts ready to go. The good news is, we haven't been cheesing oracles or anything, so it shouldn't be too hard. But make sure you are familiar with the "spots" the team will be in during the actual templar fight. Hey what are the chances I convince the group to change day of the week, preferably earlier like Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday? The time is fine especially since we're pretty proficient now. If not that's totally cool, but I can't run Fridays anymore so you'll have to find a new awful shield bearer if the rest of the regulars still prefer Friday.

Bummer man. Upgraded to the alpha lupi Titan chest and lost a light level until I can fix it up. 27 Titan now.
