They could either -blam!- off, or learn more about their religion instead of listening to what a person has said about it. If they can't think for themselves, and connect to Jesus, or Muhammed, what's the point?
These religions are mostly what's causing the arguments. Buddhism and other religions remain as religions to connect to god, or find enlightenment, whereas these are to get more people to know about god.

Buddhism has its miscreants too http://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/apr/18/buddhist-monk-spreads-hatred-burma

1 ответAll religions need to stop Pursue the truth, and you will find segments of it in all spiritual texts, but never settle into a religion

Because bait. That's why.

Buddhist monks have throughout the years been involved in several wars and committed many atrocities. Buddhism is not as peaceful as people seem to think.

Religions were created to divide humanity, this is obviously a bad thing.

While this is an awful rude way to approach it, I do somewhat agree. At least for Christians, there is no point in being a Christian without an actual relationship with God. See the parable of the sheep and the goats, and "these people honor me with their lips, but their heart is far from me," and many other examples remain. Religiousity does not help, in fact it can hurt. It's not about what we do, it's about knowing Him. Yes "If you love me, you will keep my commandments" but notice that the loving Him comes first. Such as in 1 Corinthians 13, "Without love, I am nothing." It starts in the heart and works it's way out "first clean the inside of the cup" and serving God and helping others is a natural outcome of knowing God (Isaiah 58, and many others). And just so you know, Buddha was an Atheist...

1 ответ
whereas these are to get more people to know about god.
Why would I worship a God I know nothing about? If I were looking for a religion, should I just go "Well I heard about this one God from Christianity, I think I'm going to worship that one!" what if I belonged in Islam, or Shintoism, or any other faith, or no faith at all? You should at least do research on a religion before you decide to practice it.
