I unfortunately don't have the time to work out anymore. With my AS Levels coming up, its too hard to go the gym and get enough time in to revise. So sadly...going to the gym....has stopped... *tear rolls down face* And my diet has also gone to shit as well. But as soon as these damn exams are out of the way I'm gonna go start up again and get shredded.

I do cardio workouts, but that is it.
-
Full body workout every other day+cardio every day My diet is pretty average though

I don't have the time or equipment

I workout every other day, sometimes everyday. Arms, upper body, back, chest, cardio first (mile run). Chin ups, abs. These aren't in order. I don't eat a lot but I do have a high metabolism. I try to stay under 1700-2000 calories. Which works because I have no dairy intake since I'm allergic :/

I don't even lift.

2 отв.Usually once or twice a week, but haven't lately cos of revision.

5 отв.:/ I really need to... but I always get "busy." It's really hard to do it on a regular basis. I actually need to find some good upper back work outs, shoulders and such. I don't have a lot of resources though. Just a pullup bar and some weights. I need some help!
-
Every now and then.
-
I run five days a week along with some daily exercises (crunches, push-ups, pull-ups, etc.), if that counts.
-
Im on the pyramid training. Look it up. Highly recommend it. Diet is super effective.

Routine: irregular visits to the gym, next to no cardio. Diet: Would be healthy if I managed to only eat half the food I get. (Usually grilled chicken and a salad, then something like fries on the side or Alfredo sauce or something) It's not working great, mainly cause the Asians at my gym have the same schedule as me a flipping take 4 hours to finish at the fricken lat bar... Jesus...
-
I don't do exercises or diet, but I do get a pretty good workout at my job.

Diet? Hah. I run quite frequently. Though I usually never run for more than a couple hours if I'm really going for it. The monotony of doing it without music... is horrible. And I tend to use dumbbells quite often as well, mainly to give my left arm some physio but it works for building decent muscle too.

Изменено (Rabid Grunt 4): 5/1/2014 3:53:31 PMStarted properly two weeks ago. Before then I was a long distance runner, so it was much harder, but after I injured my leg running my first marathon I can now give running a break and start getting a bit more defined/bigger while my shin heals. Doing 100+ push-ups (diamond included), 100+ situps, planking and dumbells once every two days, and I've also just ordered a pull up bar. I usually to go to the gym 1-3 times a week, but now i'm focusing more on weight machines rather than cardio (going to wait to get a big bulkier before sinking my teeth into the more ominous free weights). I still eat a tiny amount of junk (I could not live without mayo), but I'm also eating more protein and good carbs, and just eating more in general. I have porridge every morning, and a smoothie twice a day with milk/fruit/yogurt and peanut butter in. :)

Inconsistently. When I do go on a stretch of consistent workouts, I get good results. Then I just lost all my motivation and take a break for 3 weeks, only to start again.

WHATS A DIET? AND WHATS A WORKOUT?
-
Used to, I'll pick it back up once school ends.
-
It’s hard to find the time, but I try to bike at least 20 Km every other day.
