Consider all professional sports (soccer/football, rugby union/league, basketball, volleyball, tennis, golf, swimming, boxing, wrestling, motorsport, hockey, even billiards!!!), which country overall would be the top and most dominating considering all sports.
-
Football/Soccer: Spain and England. Rugby: Australia, England, maybe USA. American Football: Does this one really need explanation? Basketball: USA, no contest. Hockey: Canada, Russia, and USA. Baseball: Dominican Republic. Anyone who says USA has no idea what they're talking about. Motorsports: Debatable. There are a lot of good drivers from a lot of different countries, and a lot of them race in different leagues, so their skill sets vary.
