Any ideas on how I should get by? It hurts to walk but when I received the injury, it didn't hurt that much.
Please help. How am I to go places?

2 отв.When you get home get a bucket and fill it water and A LOT of ice! Dunk your foot in there, and pull out every 5-10 minutes for a minute then dunk it back in. When you're not icing it, wrap it up so that when you're at rest your foot should still make a 90 degree bend with your shin ([url=http://www.claremorepodiatry.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Athletes-Foot.jpg]like so[/url]) this way when your walking your foot doesn't twist again and will heal in the right orientation. Also sleep without the wrap on your foot.
