Would this be acceptable punishment for murderers, rapists, and other hardened criminals?
To just find an area in the desert and build a wall around it with landmines near inside and outside part of wall and just dump those criminals in it? There will be no water or other resources provided, they'll have to survive on their own. If they try to approach wall they will probably be blown up, and only murderers, rapists, death or life imprisonment folks, etc would be dumped there. It would help with prison overcrowding too...

1 ответWhy do we just make them do forced hard labor so least they can be some what useful rather than doing jack all in a little concert cell. Any that refuse could be psychological convinced.

2 отв.The problem is that not all cases are clear cut. Often times a woman can accuse a man of -blam!- to get her way and get away with it, just because she's a woman. Also, murder isn't so clear cut all the time either.

Starve criminals to death in prisons, castrate and burn rapists, and kill murderers the way they killed their victims. Cannibals have their limbs and jaw cut off, and are left in a densely populated area to be gawked at.

Dump all murderers and rapists in a useless State like Kansas and build a giant wall around it.

Or, mayhaps, they set up large gladiator rings outside major cities. Then after a few years a guy who was falsely accused, but we don't know it, turns out to be a secret badass warrior. When he's close to "buying" his way out of the arena (not out of prison), the Warden challenges him. The warden wins after having rigged the bout, but not before the prisoner can rip off the ending of Gladiator.

I think the family should get 5 mins times the life of if the individual.. E. G. You kill a 5 year old... Avg. life expectancy in country is 80... 75 years to go. 75 x 5 = family beat time.
