If you continue to experience this, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip of what's happening. A clip demonstrating you visiting the locations of the ghosts which demonstrates they've been acquired, and then being unable to place the last ghost despite this, would be ideal. If you record such a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and link us to it here. We'll then investigate.
