Just had a game where only I and one other went positive and rest of the team negative while lowest kd on their team was 2 lol 😂 highest was probably 6kd, you can’t make this stuff up there such matchups

1 ответGames like that happen to me all the time in 6v6 It’s like their matchmaking algorithm puts 1 skilled player on one side (pairing him with 5 weakest players from a 12 player lobby) while the opposing team gets 4 skilled players + 2 average players who can also play. And then… you are supposed to fight 1v6 the entire match 😂😂😂 Love it… Hahaha…

3 отв.Don’t check the win probability % on destiny tracker, will make you feel worse about it. Few years ago I went on an impossibly large losing streak, had a positive kd every game and had a 20% win probability or lower on almost every match

4 отв.People who think Lobby Balancing is easy don't understand how math works. Bungie uses an AVERAGE skill of players. Everyone has a range of skills they can play at (depending on map, weapon meta, state of mind, teammates' loadout, enemy loadout, preferred area of play, etc.) Bungie only has the ability to LOOSELY control the Lobby ("outlier protection). Destiny is a "positive-feedback" game, where the better you do at the start, the better you keep doing (you get supers faster, perks like kill clip trigger, generate more orbs for teammates, etc.) If even ONE person plays outside the norm for that game out of bounds for that game, Lobby Balancing is RUINED, and the game outcome will be skewed. Remember: Bungie is working with averages, and you are using a single data point to prove your argument. You don't see the calculations in the background. Destiny is not the most popular game, and bungie has to prioritize connections over SBMM, so this problem is UNSOLVABLE.

1 ответagree that they need to tighten up outlier protection and focus more on headshot/accuracy ratios and movement tech combos, and put identifiable repeat bad connections with each other - kd ratio is not the end all be all, as it can be controlled largley by camping lanes/sightlines. The really good players, or ones using mice and cheat devices, charge into everyone and win with mid to short range weapons constantly but do not necessarily have the highest kd ratio compared to campers who can't hang in close quarters. also need to stop filling landslide losses, you get in and the game ends 1-2 minutes later on mercy and sometimes you didn't even get an opportunity to get a kill to get any rewards from the match - was all just wasting your time

Matchmaking is soooo bad currently. Sapping any fun out of PvP that was left. Kinda sad really it’s got to this point.

It’s gonna be rough pvp numbers are lower than anyone would like. Probably will encounter more swing games before a good balanced game.

When trials was midtown two weeks ago I somehow won a game where both my teammates got zero kills the entire game and it was 4-4.

I just had one of those too. Except no one went above 1.0 and everyone on the opposite team went 2.5 and higher.

lol what are you expecting ?! PvP is trash right now same thing every game now . Player numbers have dropped significantly in PvP a you can tell .

Yes, all weekend in trials I’ve been repeatedly matched against Gold and Platine players. When I believe I’m Silver something.
