Did you restart D2 after redeeming the code?

I'll have to give that a try also if it's okay to ask is bungie maybe aware of a bug where the seasonal hub flashes but there's no reward or triumph to turn in as when I navigate to portal then see the seasonal hub flashing I open that and there isnt a reward or triumph to turn in

Double check all of your reward items to make sure they're all ticked off. If they are and its still flashing, grab a clip and link to it in either this post or make a new one.
