Taken armour in eververse U KIDDING? IT WAS FREE IN D1
As title said. Rip off. We had to earn the taken pieces in content in D1.

I'm more upset that the titan armor has the weird nubs on the top of the shoulder, ruining the whole set.

It's a slap in the face. The fact that they have messed up in so many areas in the game and to bring out a Taken armor set that we've been asking for since like forever and place it in Eververse for $20 and no bright dust option is straight up foul!!

Spoilers, not very often. Practically speaking there WAS NO WAY to EARN that armor. You couldn't farm it. One rng loot box per week, AND people that ACTUALLY spent money were striking out regularly.

But instead gave us the knock off version Umbrel Rumble, then put these sets in Everpurse. Along with ANOTHER taken shader in a set for $20! They never cease to amaze me at this point. Nothing surprises me.

1 ответBy no means am I defending them on this, but the Taken armor in D1 was just repainted PoE armor. At least this time around it’s actually unique. I might buy one set and hope I can use bright dust for the other two when Renegades drops. I’m tired of being angry at Bungie. Life is taking its toll on me and my family right now, and I’m just trying to use Destiny as a distraction.

9 отв.It was from Bright packages in D1. you could either do a weekly mission and get 3 a week with a chance for it, or spend money. it was not completely free in D1, it was weeks to months of grinding or spend money.

2 отв.Oh that, plus the new 'system' for getting legacy weapons and armor from the kiosk in the tower involves having to unlock it with Silver FIRST before being able to spend currency on it. It's like Bungie listened to the BDF whine about 'Destiny: Rising' having 'terrible' monetisation and said 'hold my beer...'

Then they tried to placate people with Umbral Rumble or whatever it was called? Turns out they [i]can [/i]do something when they really want that infusion of Eververse cash, huh? An entire armor set for a full look and [i]even a shader[/i] (which, reminder, they said was [b]impossible[/b]) so you can craft your own rendition... Very interesting.

That defines Bungie now... put the best looking stuff in EV and make earnable stuff crap. I dont care about skimmers anymore for 1 thing. Though I nvr did much anyway. I wont be spending any silver on the taken stuff. Its gorgeous but I wont buy it. It can get cut up for arsepaper for all I care.
