Certain Contant, not being available, even after completing prerequisites and purchasing required packs
For some unknown reason after completing light fall campaign, the “Parting the Vail” quest has yet to to appear. I have completed the light fall campaign twice and have looked through both vendors that should give it and nothing. Even when I joined a friend as they were doing their quest, I still did not gain access to either the quest or the aspects. I have for some reason, been barred from acquiring access to trials of Osiris although I should have access to it.
