I don't know why you cannot read a product description, but no. You're quite clearly incorrect. You even explained why you're wrong in your statement, but don't seem to be aware of that.

Изменено (xbroggiex): 5/12/2025 3:24:43 PMThe armor sets aren't really that big of a difference. TFS Annual pass was Expansion (1 raid) Season passes pre-order exotic + catalyst + ornament rahool caches some cosmetics dungeon key (2 dungeons) Ultimate edition is Expansions (1 raid, 1 dungeon) season passes pre-order exotic + catalyst + ornament rahool caches some cosmetics Star Wars armor sets They are effectively the same, in package the ultimate edition just has some armor sets over the AP. Considering the ultimate edition includes the usual things you'd find in the annual pass but the regular year of prophecy does not should be the obvious clue. Year of prophecy base version is cheaper than annual pass at launch it is the actual new bundle that is just a cheaper alternative but is not the equivalent to the AP.

I don’t see how ornaments that would be priced at $60 total in the silver store aren’t a significant new offering in the new tier.

Изменено (xbroggiex): 5/12/2025 4:04:37 PMDepends, Bungie offers 2 armor sets per char from a season for like $10-15. Their prices feel completely arbitrary, even some eververse armor sets are different prices with crossover ones iirc are more expensive than originals. But the ultimate edition is the equivalent of the annual pass it just includes those star wars armor sets as a pre-order bonus. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlylquFX6EE As is shown at the end of the trailer here.

Crossover Armor Onament sets are $20.

Why are you talking about the price of unrelated, non comparable products? Are you confused by the clear statement of fact that three Crossover Armor Sets are $60, and that previous Annual Passes have never offered such a thing? That the Annual Pass has reduced in cost by $20 and there is a new offering above that? I don’t understand the purpose of your initial response and your further arguing on “technicalities” that you’re imagining that don’t exist. The Ultimate Edition =/= TFS AP in any sense of the word unless you can’t read the product descriptions and notice the massive value add shoved in the UE.

Изменено (xbroggiex): 5/12/2025 3:36:14 PMThen why is the ultimate edition the same price as the annual pass and includes similar things? The armor sets are the only new thing and they are pre-order bonus I don't even think you'd get them after launch if you purchase the ultimate edition or w/e. And with them giving 2 armor sets with a season and some armor sets in eververse costing more than others it doesn't mean those 3 armor sets are being equated to $20 each by Bungie. If that was the case the ultimate edition would be way over £100. [quote]I don’t understand the purpose of your initial response and your further arguing on “technicalities” that you’re imagining that don’t exist. The items offered in both bundles show they are the most similar, so my conclusion is that the Ultimate Edition is the equivalent of the AP based off of that.

Because they got rid of the dungeon key. It’s literally 1:1 that simple. The $20 dungeon key is no longer included because it doesn’t exist and the price dropped to $80. And that’s without the various restructuring of seasons into major updates/second expansion.

Изменено (xbroggiex): 5/12/2025 3:38:41 PMI mean possibly but they are also now doing 2 albeit not TFS sized expansions which may bring that price back up even from the dungeon key no longer being present.
