Dungeon Keys
Hey so I've bought the final shape annual pass dlc and the final shape annual pass plus which i assume is the season pass., i also bought the light and darkness pack which states it includes all previous areas and packs and keyson steam . however the dungeon keys that are supposedly including in the annual pass are not available to me.
this includes The heresy dungeons, i am also missing dungeon keys for previous dungeons. which is frustrating because on steam the packs clearly state there included in the packs i bought, so where are they and why haven't i received them all.
if they weren't included why the hell are you guys selling 3 different packs which say annual pass on them please provide me with my dungeon keys that i have paid for. you have also openly stated all dungeon keys will be incldued i nfuture updates well damn add the previous ones tothe game now

Go to https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items -> Submit Request. Tell them what happened in the ticket and they'll look into it. They nearly always apply the Episode passes and TFS dungeon key to the active profile account once looked into.
