Can you just add matchmaking to GMs already?
I don't see why you can't add matchmaking to GMs at this point. Fireteam finder is the most glitchy, unoptimized system I've ever encountered in my gaming career. Add matchmaking and a light level requirement to GMs, so it's easier to farm with fellow guardians. I spend more time trying to join a fireteam than I do playing the actual game.

If matchmaking was added people like you would crash this forum with the amount of complaining they would do about random teammates and how matchmaking matches them with Timmy no thumbs. In game fireteam finder and the legacy fireteam finder on this app have never taken me more than a minute to find 1 or 2 others to do a GM.
