Trails isn't as competitive as you think
Trials isn't competitive at all and why it just feels like normal crucible with a win tally:
Things to make trials more competitive:
-locked loadouts: this prevents anyone from changing weapons, armor, mods, or subclasses.
-pick and ban system:
This will allow players to "pick and ban" exotic amour, exotic weapons/legendary and subclasses.
-map voting system:
Allows teams to pick a map within a 3 map pool to keep games more interesting and less stale
-game type
Allow teams to choose which game type they would prefer to play whether it be zone control or standard elimination. This would also keep games interesting and less stale.
These are just my thoughts on trails as a whole. I know in season 21 there will be changes to the playlist. If you have some of your own idea's, comment them.

Locked loadouts is awful. Hard pass. The only one of those I think should be considered is map voting, but we won't get that either. But who knows? They're dumb enough to make zone cap the mode so there's no telling what other levels of mid they're willing to explore to further lessen the trials playerbase.

So you want to take loot that people chase and disable it. Sounds great for a looter shooter.....

6 отв.I've always been a loadout lock fan. But my twist is. You have to use a particular gun combo that week, which included the archetype weapon saint is giving out that week. So take this weekend for example you HAVE to use a slug shotgun in the match. (And maybe go ahead and stipulate the other weapon as well)

No heavy no supers no exotic armor or at least new exotic since they often crap on the balance until being nerfed or straight up changed gyrfalcon.

They don't want 90% of their game's sandbox being banned just because some crybabies don't like to fight against it.
