Clan management such as renaming would need to be done via bungie.net or or the app (I believe as I have only done it via the web)

As I mentioned in the original post, the app is not usable as I just get a spinning circle when I go to the Clan tab, and the clan info never comes up. On bungie.net (going through my own profile to the clan info) I only see "Leave Clan" and "Report". No options to edit anything.

go here, if you are signed into the founder account this should take you to the settings page. You will want to click on Culture Fields to change name https://www.bungie.net/en/ClanV2/AdminSections?groupid=4182378

Thank you so much. In retrospect that seems like the easiest thing and I am an idiot for not figuring it out. Where I was failing was on the Clan Profile page, I did not click on the obvious yellow text reading "<Clan Member Section" to take me up a level to the admin page. The link you provided took me to that page, and I figured out the proper way from there. From there, I was able to make changes. Again, thanks for taking the time to help me. I really appreciate it.
