You do know that the T-bag was first created in the Halo games created by... yep Bungie.
The T-bag is a standard basic now in a number of games that has the "crouch" control option.
So the chances that Bungie will remove the option of punish players for T-bagging in game is very near zero. I reckon the chances of Bungie stepping in on this matter are around 0.0000000001%.
