Here’s the thing, they can’t Implement the quest because we are only able to have access to such a little part of the dreadnaught, so the calcified fragments we need for that quest is not obtainable. And no they can not change the quest, the quest goes with the lore

2 problems I see with this argument. 1. the fact that we are even doing the raid while lightfall approaches proves that this raid atm is not effecting the storyline 2. they could just hide a bunch of calcified fragments in the raid somewhere.
