That’s… not at all why they did it
They were pretty clear that this gap in content was because of the delay of Witch Queen. Which was in combination for worker health and pandemic related issues
This slight drought/gap is incredibly insignificant and short compared to what we’ve dealt with in the series past, and this time was for an incredibly good reason

WORKERS HEALTH? LMAO Past actions have clearly demonstrated that Bungie doesn't give a sh*t about their employees' health.

Изменено (WhiteInk47): 2/16/2022 7:34:40 PMThat was one of the reasons given and seeing the content gap and delay this season, I’m inclined to believe it. I never defended Bungie’s past crappy employee abuse and I never will, but I’m not going to blindly claim they still do despite clear showings that they’re working on making work life balance better.

I thought that they delayed Witch Queen so they could sell you a dungeon for $20. Would the anniversary pack have been released if Witch Queen had not been delayed?
-
their anniversary wouldn’t have not existed had Witch Queen not been delayed This is a weird question

Possibly.

Agreed. This complaint is hilarious

Изменено (MOChamp): 2/16/2022 9:48:06 AMOkay, delay (delayed expansion release) or not, the issue I have is the fact that they purposely delay (wait to release) the conclusion to a story and have no good explanation as to why we need to wait that long. They say “the story is going to be the best it’s ever been” yet they continue to push this drip feed terrible method of storytelling and it removes any sense of hype or interest I have for the story. The story started out so great with savathun’s introduction, just to be completely ruined because the storytelling is so abysmally bad. The story should be able to be started and finished at the pace of the player. -blam!- drip feed period

Agreed i’ve had fun and followed the story fine
