I will say it once again.
Fiber doesn't equal flawless internet, it doesn't even equal decent internet. You can still have network problems.

Copy that but let me say, I have NO problem on other games or PC locking up, ever. (Opened ports, cache cleared often etc.) Anyways, being disciplined for things out of my control is lol BS Above 500 mbps down and 3 mbps up, and its the only thing running off internet lol

3mbp/s up. That'll cause problems lmao especially in P2P games. Make sure you're not saturating your upload bandwidth.

Any info is helpful, spend to much money on internet service as it is. Hmm it only seems to happen on xbox

Xbox is pretty bad about uploading in the background, recording clips and taking screenshots are the biggest culprits of maxing out your up speeds. Used to you could set DVR content to not automatically upload, not sure if you still can or how, haven't used Xbox since 2018. If your router has an application statistics or bandwidth utilization page, that would be a good tool to use, running something like glasswire on a PC can work too. If you have any IoT devices, those could be root causes as well. I've lived on 1mb/s connection for my whole life at this point, optimizing your connection isn't easy but if you can't negotiate a higher speed with your ISP then there isn't much else you can do though. However, I'd definitely ring up your ISP, 500/3 is a pretty terrible split even for an asymmetrical connection, I'd wonder if you couldn't work out a bit more speed. Depending on your area though maybe not, I had gigabit for a month but it was a 1000/50 connection because I was extremely rural.

Appreciate input and i will get with provider to see if anything else is available. Always a work in progress I guess, just like everything else lol

Got many friends who use xbox, so I use it to link up with party chat and such. I guess I could use other options but sheesh
