There's a difference between being a dead character who had a story that ended, and just not having a story at all because they've been erased.

Well he isnt. There is still the lore about him. Its liie saying that, because its another game, oryx doesnt exist anymore.

Those are some incredibly pathetic excuses in the face of the actual character we can talk to and fight beside being removed. Reading some flavor text about him is not a replacement.

Dude. Be honest with me. What did cayde had? What was his personality? Because all that he is, as a character, was "funny robot man". Say what you want, but he never, EVER, had a character.

Funny robot rouge was a hell of a lot more character than just being stoic/mysterious which is every other major story character. He had a sense of humor and we actually got to see some of his backstory and learn about Deep Stone Crypt and the Long Slow Whisper.

Him having some jokes dont make his character a little better. And well, its a done character, that its rarely mentioned, and the story is done for 2 years now. Its like shin malphur. Hes a done character, so hes almost not mentioned at all.
