Raid Exotic Protection Is Needed
I’m going to keep this short and simple, I have 30 Raid loot clears and I have everything except the raid exotic. That’s not why I am complaining though.
I have ran 3 DSC Raids every week with the same 2 guys since the second week the raid came out. We all have 30+ loot clears of the raid and all 3 of us haven’t gotten the Raid exotic once?
My suggestion is every time you complete a raid at least make the drop chances of the exotic go up by 1%.

I had a buddie who only got the crux of crota during the last week of D-1s life span, Atleast he go to use the nechrocasm for a few days before D-2 launched...he raided a lot.

I've given up and have just started saving tokens. Nowhere near as many clears as you though.

It's not worth the trouble - but if you still want it to complete your collection you can probably buy it from the kiosk next year.

Took me 24 runs to finally get mine, Imo that’s around the sweet spot for it 20-30 runs for a guaranteed drop. I honestly prefer it to be a somewhat rare, it makes when you finally get it memorable and special. Divinity was a single completion and then we only run it for pinnacle drops, at least with this raid your specifically coming back for a reason

4 отв.Tbh the brutally low drop rate is fine imo, it makes the raid exotics coveted and rare. They shouldn’t be required for the seal however.

I have a group of 6 ( we dont all raid together but are good friend) of us 2 of us are not even close to the title and got eyes on one of their first 4 clears (both carried ) I have just a few more clears than them and am a big closer to the seal (12/18) but got eyes on my second clear after being carried, 2 more of us have ran the raid every week on all three characters since release and only need eyes for the seal and then 1 of us has eyes and all the other triumphs, pretty terrible luck around that rocket.

I like that raid exotics are hard to get. Makes you feel good when you actually get it. Not a fan of Bungo just giving everybody everything for free. Took me 102 spire clears to get that stupid emote and it was awesome having it before they gave it away for free to single clear people. It blows my mind how people think the loot is the activity. Enjoy the raid. It's a good time. If you don't like it, then don't play it, but don't ruin the game by asking Bungo to make it kid mode cuz people are impatient and don't like playing the game. That's stupid.

Next time I'm not gonna bother going for the seal and see if it happens passively. Unless it has loot protection of course. The current system is burning my goodwill and making me resent the game.

1 ответYep. I'm at 24 full clears now and only need the rocket to complete my Descendant seal. I absolutely HATE the fact that a seal is tied to rng, and there's nothing i can do to improve my chances other than do the raid over and over. Nearly every person I raid with has their Seal done now and some have had multiple drops of the rocket. I would just like to see something put in place where if the rocket is going to drop, it only has a chance to drop for those in the team who don't have it already. Its really deflating to see the same 3 or 4 people get it 3 times while you're still waiting for your first one.

Agreed. Every week no Eyes. Some friends are the same. Some people get it first try, others after many runs. It is all that is holding me back from the Seal. Great RNG.... there should be bad luck protection on raid exotics.

It already goes up by 2% up to 50%. After 25 lootable runs you have 50/50 chance.

Took me 43 tries before I got Fatebringer. Since then the RNG gods have been nicer to me.

1 ответIt’s funny how they literally implemented increased chance of drop for the raid exotic after ever clear on all the other raids but don’t do it for this one, bungie always makes and the breaks trends, they can never keep a single thing consistent and always breaks them, didn’t release a dungeon this season like the way they did the past 2 expansions as well.

In my opinion there should be a quest that increases drop chance by 10%. You can still get the gun without doing the quest, but if you want is soon you can do the quest. The quest would require you to complete the raid either flawless or on challenge mode.

Many members of my clan have 20-30 runs through the raid, and no exotic. They took a friend of mine through on his first run, another member of the clan, and he got the exotic. Its RNG and it sucks, but the game has always been this way. Of course those that had lots of runs without the exotic, would have liked to do some bodily harm to the first run get exotic guy.

Finally got mine this week. Wildly enough, 3 of us still needed it, and all 3 dropped on our last character run.
