Forsaken Campaign Reset
Greetings,
I didn't purchased Shadowkeep as I decided to wait a while, but I did bought Forsaken back in April or something.
Of course, I finished all the campaign missions, all raids cleared, blah blah blah.
After Shadowkeep launched, Last Call mission was once again available on my main character on which I've completed the campaign.
I indeed started to play only to wake up today and do a research, finding out that this was not intended and it's just a bug.

Hello. Unfinished campaigns were reset, and those who finished the campaign have the option to replay it. You can find your old posts in your profile > Bungie history.
