I think the guns work like they are supposed to on console.
Handcannons are still the most used weapons in pvp by far, but the numbers are being boosted by luna/nf. I think those two weapons are still outliers and should be made to function like 150s

They left them as the only precision 150s for that reason even though its only got zen moment as a usable perk anymore.
