Truth Quest Start not dropping
I've done two menagerie runs and nothing has dropped from the final chest? Why is this?

I’ve done it 4 times, checked my postmaster and Petra, had Bungie reply to my post telling me to reset my console cache. Did it, still no truth quest. I’m very upset at this issue. Everyone I know has it but me and it just won’t drop.
