Last night both Anarchy and 1k Voices dropped for me. I couldn't believe my luck! I also got the SOTP sparrow and the glittering key. Hope you get it soon.

That happened to a buddy in my clan back in late December...he had done Last Wish 16 times without 1KV, finally got it to drop with Shards of Galanor in the same chest, and right when we finished we did a run of Scourge where he pulled Anarchy. Congrats! And thanks, I hope so too.
