I think I speak for a lot of players when I say that the flinch in this game is far too severe when being shot at, especially when using precision weapons. In my opinion the penalty for being shot at should be losing health, not losing the ability to hit your target.
I decided to bring this up after playing gambit prime. During the damage phase, the flinch and screen shake was so insane that using a sniper was nearly impossible and I had to use something different, which is the main problem of flinch this severe. It discourages using certain weapons knowing that if you get hit then your aim will be thrown off completely and you’ll have to adjust.
This also affects pvp, where you are also discouraged when it comes to using weapons like snipers and scout rifles because if you get shot while aiming it’s nearly impossible to recover before getting killed.

3 отв.Enhanced unflinching sniper rifle will take care of your problem. It rolls in raid, reverie dawn, or gambit prime armor. The regular version is not worth using, but enhanced actually works well.

I cant count how many times I've been robbed from a kill due to flinch hitting me away from the final, killing headshot.

If you were shot wearing armor believe me you would flinch but their are players that can counter act the flinch and stay on target they are skilled players

2 отв.This is kinda broad. Weapons should behave different, imo. Using the armor perks, especially the enhanced really reduces flinch. It’s noticeable on Scouts, snipers and basically all light arms. 110 Handcannons can be unforgiving in a 1v1 situation vs a rapid-fire or weapon with high-caliber regardless of the flinch perks. Overall, I’d say leave it be for now until this new round of weapons gets settled in to the meta.

I'm sorry but no. Sniper rifles need more flinch. Tired of shooting a sniper with a scout and being one tapped. It's bullshit. Sniper 4ifles need more flinch your post is down voted.

Flinch should be increased for all I care. Landing a sniper headshot through flinch happens more often than you would think, and that should be plain impossible.

4 отв.ummmm....flinch in this game is very much needed. Annoying ? Very much so but time ur shot or move and come back. You take flinch outta this game and its gonna be infested with nothing but stream snipers, especially in pvp. It will be easier in PVE but you will do worse in PvP , especially against good snipers. and with a pinnicle sniper coming out in pvp lol crap would be insane. Watch one of the perks will be reduced flinch then yall gonna be like NERF THIS SNIPER. Flinch is nice.
