Изменено (Quaddity): 5/7/2019 5:42:17 PMThe only hope Bungie has to get me to come back to D2 for a new season is to put out proper DLC. I didn't buy this Annual Pass and I'm not going to buy the next one either If Bungie continues with the pay now and you'll find out what you are getting right before we release it BS. I had fun with Forsaken I'll not forget all the fun I had with D1 though when Bungie put some effort into their DLC. I bought AC: Odyssey with its annual pass for less just the D2 annual pass and at 175 hours in I'm still playing it all the time.

4 отв.I completely agree. I quit march 9th (coming up on my 2 month anniversary). I used to play 30+ hours a week and had played 9,000 hours combined in D1 and D2. It was my favourite game at the time. But this "Season of the Cash Grab" was the Nail in the Destiny Coffin for me. I paid $60 CDN for $5 worth of content drip fed over 6+ months. I refuse to grind 9+ month old stale content (i.e. Strikes, Patrols, Adventures, Campaign missions, Crucible game types, Crucible maps and no new places to explore) just to level up in +1 increments to play the only new content (which I didn't like) and it had limited replayability. And we are not alone. My 90+ person Clan is down to 2 people that play the game about once a week - if that - and the bulk of them simply left the clan and stopped playing altogether. In my Xbox friend's list which was 95% Destiny people, their are only 3 people out of 70 that play Destiny at all, and that's usually just reset day.

35 отв.Изменено (Siptah): 5/7/2019 6:03:27 PM$30 for a years worth of content for what it would cost for a full tank of gas on an empty tank. My god, that is so much money. I don’t think I can commit 😢. Edit: Damn I didn’t realize I triggered such salt, you’re expectations with this company are far too high. We are in the 5th year of the franchise folks, if you don’t enjoy it by now just quit. Quitting starts with your wallets because Bungie have made it clear they’re going to do this their way. Rather you like it or not. Bungie releases a DLC ( in this case an annual pass) we pay- the game then gets dry then we repeat this process. We’re not getting any other content beyond season 7 without a price tag. The best of the years worth of content is always at the end of each destiny year. If you haven’t recognized Bungies pattern by now then obviously you feel ripped off. It doesn’t change, it never changes, and it never will until this franchise ceases to exist. If you’re waiting for Bungie to fulfill your desires then you’re setting yourselves up for disappointment.

2 отв.Yes...there are so many other things you could have done with that $35. If you spent 5 hours playing it was worth the cost. You may not be enjoying this season compared to others but are you truly filled with regret for the $35? Maybe you are. Maybe you’re 12 and this was a lot of money for you.

13 отв.I don't really know what people want.. they don't like the annual pass, ok but, WHY? What is so bad about it. Players hated the DLC cadence as well and it cost more money. If you want subscription grade content on a monthly basis with ever changing story, updated sandbox etc then be prepared for a monthly subscription otherwise for 100$ or even $150 a year to play this game, and have the live updated, events, raids etc the cost is probably the best value you get in entertainment. Think about it, 600 hours in game in a year, cost you 25 cents an hour. I play about 1200 hours a year, thats 12.5 cents an hour. Movies are about 10$ an hour, reading a book.. probably a buck an hour or so. Television.. yeah maybe 50cents an hour. If you want to complain, fine, do it but, provide the answer to your issues, provide feedback they can use. Not just that it was bad but, why, what could be better, what would you like to see etc.
-
Eh it wasn’t that bad imo, could have been ALOT better but I’ll take what I can get. Jokers wild wasn’t very good to me though. I was completely burned out on gambit after the breakneck grind I did right before black armory and I still am burned out. So after I played maybe 3 matches of gambit prime I unlocked reckoning and took a break from D2. About 3 weeks ago I decided to pick the game back up and get to 700 before the end of the season and I did on my warlock. But now I’m burned out again. I hope penumbra can bring me back.

12 отв.same here , i bought it before i realized they ruined the game with infusion cores, so i didnt even bother to download it for free i wish i could get a refund and spend the money on something else

7 отв.They -blam!-ed everyone hard with the misleading annual pass... fool me once shame on you.
-
Annual pass is fantastic. My feeling is season 7 will be the best as it will be the selling point for next year's content.
-
Yes me too and I can't replay story like destiny 1. I need to wait for replay random story. And of curse I don't level up because I can't upgrade my armors I need to do bounty from the spider but I don't want to wait for that. And one more thing. How new people can level up whithout forsaken? How many time?
-
Think about it 35 for it ain't bad but the content in drifter to was not good but I can understand your frustration
-
1 ответI bet you’ve spent more money on fortnight skins or Candy Crush than the 30 bucks you’ve claim to have wasted on the annual pass. Or even Everpurse for that Matter.
-
4 отв.I regret buying D2 (game, CoO, and WM) for 100$. I didn't even pay for forskin. Got it free. No way I was paying for an annual pass. D2's launch left ill will in my heart for Bungie and gaming in general. No longer do I pre-order or purchase on day 1. Tired of being shafted with games that take weeks, months, or years to fix after I already forked over hard earned money. Sad to say, I'm moving away from gaming. Something I've done and been apart for decades has become a shit show of false advertising and greed. Shit sucks.
-
2 отв.Let this be a lesson to us all. Never again should we buy anything Bungie makes until we know rather it's worth buying.
-
2 отв.I regretted buying the annual pass 2 weeks after the Forsaken has dropped! Never again!!!!

Изменено (WiggletonBandit): 5/6/2019 2:56:33 PMI'm really not a fan of the drip-feed model which amounts to the volume of a DLC time-gated and released one tiny piece at a time over the course of a few months. After seeing how the annual pass model would work after BA, I decided I was just going to put the game down for a few months and come back when enough content had accumulated to make the grind worthwhile for a month or two of straight gameplay. Also, the idea of having to re-level all of my gear every 90 days when the new season launches just sounds tedious. It's an artificial incentive to grind, but due to the fact that you can never be over-leveled in Destiny it amounts to a nerf every season if you don't want to play the same content again and again just to make your number go back up. It's a bad model, and I really hope they rework the entire thing for D3.

10 отв.I didn't buy the pass, out of protest for the removal of SBMM. Half the people I encounter seem to think I was smart. The other half seem to think I'm being a stubborn idiot. Funny how that happens.

10 отв.Изменено (Tengu): 5/5/2019 10:12:46 PMDude, i am so sick of bungie just dropping the ball, and that ball has collected dust. Honestly, Destiny 2 feels like going over to your grandma's house for the weekend with nothing to do other than talk to your grandma or watch re runs of the golden girls. A few days ago they released gameplay footage of borderlands 3. It looks like a better Destiny. You can travel from planet to planet, they added multiple class abilities, theres 3 skill trees per class and you can actually pick and choose skills, you have guns that feel like guns, with actual random stats and variation, the enemies look promising, and you have OPTIONAL SCALING for you and your friends, plus theres a loot lost and found so you can never lose loot out on the field, kindof like the postmaster but better. I am really hyped to get this game. The footage actually exceeded my expectations. I liked borderlands before but i wasnt crazy about it. But this one? My god, if you like destiny, Borderlands 3 looks like it did -everything- better. P.S. Theres no eververse and cosmetics can be earned in game. And vehicular combat actually looks good. One of the characters can summon a mech for her or her teammates as an ability. Cayde 6 would be jealous. A huge personal plus for me as well: Satisfying gore and explosions, environmental hazards. insteading of buying the next DLC for like 40 bucks, get borderlands 3 and have a godamn blast. I will play with you. P.S.S. : Instead of catering to the awful self righteous youtubers, borderlands 3 modeled the antagonists that you kill after them. Win win.

My purchase doesn't rise to the level of regret, but I won't do it again. That's for sure. Just about to put a fork in this one.
-
Изменено (AngryBovine1419): 5/5/2019 8:38:19 PMYup, it sucks balls right now. Not sure the future looks any better. Bungie takes pride in doing things half ass and milks is for time... then, they take weapons we have worked hard for and bastardizes them. In short, they’re incompetent.
-
Imagine getting a world first, promised a real life belt as a gift and not hearing a word.
-
11 отв.Yep. 100% Coding is hard apparently. Not sure how Fortnite keeps changing the map and adding stuff weekly, bungie can’t even fix an invitation of the nine in a week
-
quit playing a while ago check in here once a week or so just to see if some incredible news is happening and yeah you are not alone the idiocy of so many things its quite sad
-
Damn, and I wanted the annual pass too because I'm lacking things to do besides the boring leveling grind. But hearing how bad it is, I'm so glad I did not purchase it. I've been on that Terraria grind with my buddy instead, that stuff is 100x more fun and better.
