I think the change to 150 rpm will be good while letting them still be precision frames (aka accurate) but I’m not sure why you would want to take away Luna’s effect from headshots? If 150s are 3 taps anyways, why would allowing the 3rd headshot to do more damage be a bad thing? It shouldn’t make a difference except make these guns worse for PvE and make people in PvP intentionally go for a body shot on the third shot a long range.
I would recommend trying the nerf out in fazes. Adjust the rate of fire first, if it’s still too strong, adjust magnificent howl

I agree. The increase in precision damage would allow for two shot headshot kills if you moved on to another target (maybe even one head one body) and extra damage to supers but I really don’t see why that’s a problem for a pinnacle weapon as these are things that aren’t really practical whereas Recluse begins deleting the second you get a kill, which is practical and much more controllable.
