Thank you for the update. Are you able to use a PC to submit the form instead? Or, can you copy [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13681]this link[/url] and paste it into your mobile Safari browser and fill out the form there?

Here's a suggestion that works on Android, but it likely will work on iOS as well. Open a new private browsing window and enter the URL in there. Private browsing shouldn't defer to an installed app.
