No but as long as you are within 100 points of light the difference is negligible. Otherwise everyone doing that quest for the fusion rifle wouldn't be able to.

Do they have the exact numbers anywhere that models the damage drop off based on light?

I haven't seen one since D1 to be honest.

Because not enough people have asked for one yet like it was basically demanded back in D1.
