Destiny is in a rough period. We all know this. There’s no need to dig up the same issues time and time again. There are a lot of disrespectful people on these forums every day. Try to not respond to them if they disrespect your fellow players. We don’t want those people getting upvotes or comments so they trend. That being said, just because they disagree with you doesn’t mean they are hateful or disrespectful. Respect those that have issues with cores or tonics etc. I’m specifically talking about those that hate just to hate and are disrespectful. Let’s have healthy debates and try to make our community a healthier place.
Players, campaign for what you want the game to be without being disrespectful, no matter what side you fall on.
Bungie, I know you are doing what you can with the resources you have. By the looks of it, most resources are in D3 and I can’t wait to see it. Thanks for updates and prove us all wrong about you.
Edit: I’ve stated this in past posts but I want to disclose that I’ve engaged in toxic behavior before and that’s why I want to atone for it and start doing better. This post was about having a safe place to have respectful debate. Not be harassed or slandered with false narratives by toxic people.

1 ответD2 has been in a rough period since the day it dropped. Signs were there in the limited 'beta test' too. I say 'beta test' as tbfh we, the paying customers, have been beta testing D2 since the day it dropped. There's a reason why Bungie's industry rep is shot right now...

83 отв.Изменено (TattooedOni): 4/24/2019 10:16:35 PMWait, you mean don’t tell players “if you don’t like it quit playing”, like you have...over and over? That seems disrespectful. It’s almost like this post is totally hypocritical. Like most posts similar to this one are. Feedback is for the devs about the game, not for you to soapbox to other players. Figure it out. Edit: Okay I just realized that most of the posts here are one troll using multiple accounts. Brad and Kapiushon are the same person, ClassyLady74 likely is too. LOLOLOLOLOLOL. here is Kapiushon's clan description as of right now. "oin The Axiom of Destruction kapiushon is my 2nd account. Main is b-radtitanheat11 This is my second clan I’m establishing (yes I will be running two) and want this clan to be hardcore destiny veterans that will maintain activity throughout opposing releases (i.e Anthem, Division 2, Apex Legends etc.). We will have daily raiding, comp crucible grinding and gambit teams consistently I’m building this from the ground up so if you are tired of your causal/semi casual clan, come and join here and we can build something. I need admins to help me build up this clan and help me run it as well. If you are hardcore, you can be an admin here. Requirements for clan admission : Fabled comp level minimum 10+ completions of ALL raids Active every other day if not every day Respect to all clanmates ACTIVITY ON DISCORD Must be Endgamers Power level 640-650 Endgame weaponry (whisper, ikelos shotty, etc)"

I think Destiny needs to return to its roots. I dont want D1 back as I want new content, but theres a reason D1 was such a big hit. Bungie has lost sight that this is a loot game. Everything was focused around loot. Getting lore, level locked activities, raids, etc. It was a grind, but thats why people played was to grind. Level progression was slowed, but that made the loot much more valuable instead of easy, mindless tasks, which made the grind more valuable which i turn made the game more valuable. Timegates are honestly a sad excuse to prolong games. The only developers that should do this are mobile games as its supposed to waste time, not a fully developed game. The first thing i hated was weekly milestones in Season 1 not because it made the grind easier, but because it made it useless. The current game pushes all content to the endgame whoch isnt bad, there should be more than raids ro do at max level it gives it purpose, but it devalues the grind. Now we grind for god rolls and collections, but it doesnt give much value. The grind should be in the middle of the game, not the end. Ive grinded for exotics and god rolls, but it doesnt feel rewarding as you need to be end game to get it, so it defeats the purpose of a true endgame. That is my opinion of what I feel could fix this game. The return of a grind that is based how how much you play, not timegated or given out. By all means keep exotic quest rewards and RNG seals, it adds to the grind. But it needs to feel meaningful.
And this isnt overwatch, please less of a focus on Crucible
5 отв.Maybe if you apologised personally for your own behaviour or better yet not behaved disrespectfully in the first place you wouldn’t be getting all this hate. A good reputation is extremely hard to build but so easily lost. A bad reputation is easily gained and so hard to lose. I understand what you are trying to do but unfortunately life isn’t that easy.

2 отв.Bungies forums let some really shady things go. I lost respect for them..I’m going to stop before I get redacted for violating their code of conduct. It may be time to move to Reddit for me.

Изменено (Whopping Dingers): 4/25/2019 8:41:13 AMAt this point of the game I would be grinding my factions to get my exotic class item as I burned through the season content. Oh wait they removed factions from the game for NO REASON WHATSOEVER. You have to question the logic my friend. I love Destiny, but the decision making behind some of the changes are baffling.

This applies to the bungie lovers like pure?

most resources are gone with activision :D

8 отв.Dear god I actually agreed with you till I saw the other things you had commented. You may just be the biggest hypocrite I have seen on these forums.
-
2 отв.I think it would be swell if Bungie removed cores from infusion. Just my two cents.
-
2 отв.If thats true, and most of their resources are tied up in d3, why not tell us that. Why not communicate. You are asking the community to do something the company isn’t will to do. Takes 2 to solve a problem.

I'm just a core whinner. I don't approve this post.

21 отв.
I’m shocked whiners like you can take your head out of your own ass to formulate sentences on the forums. I just thought you were only capable of crying.
Is this toxic or disrespectful?

4 отв.Check out that Tattooed guy. He is the most toxic person in the history of this game. He literally dug up brad’s past (because he is obsessed with him,) and proceeded to spam like threads so no one could see the disgusting toxic crap he has posted in his past. Little does he know though is that I have screenshots of his hate. Hypocrite. Watch out for this guy. He’s poisonous to the community

1 ответI would say progression is in an annoying place for me. I don’t like being forced out of content I want to play and into content I don’t want to play just so I can progress with the gear I want to use. Does the current progression economy ruin the game for me? No it doesn’t. With zero activities requiring 700 power, and with the power level not really mattering in activities and being a completely arbitrary number (I still take more damage and deal less damage in the Whisper of the Worm mission than I do in last wish), hitting max power doesn’t really mean anything other than in iron banner. In my opinion, the endgame sucks because there’s no incentive to achieve max power unless you’re going for super high nightfall score runs, and the economy to hit max power with the gear I want to use while essentially running one character and playing >3-4 days a week forces me into activities that I’ve already done and don’t want to keep repeating (lost sectors and wanted bounties, farming tangled shore ghost shells). Just my two cents. I preferred D1 - endgame power levels meant something, and were more or less only relevant to the endgame activities. In this game they mean nothing, and endgame activities are nonsensically scaled.

2 отв.I want the game to die and the franchise to be sold to a developer with a vision. I want Bungo to go away and get their sh!t together.

9 отв.Keep your head buried in the sand, we'll lead the charge on getting this game back on track yet again, you're probably one of those idiots that posted In Year 1 how amazing Destiny 2 vanilla was blah blah ignore the haters, well us "haters" got the changes this game needed.

1 ответDestiny has been in a rough period since launch. It’s had peaks and valleys since, but I think we should all be honest and admit that this state of constant brokenness is integral to the Destiny experience. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not being an optimist and saying that everything is fine as is, and that Bungie have nothing to atone for. Inversely, I’m not being a pessimist and saying that the game is absolute unenjoyable trash. The game is much like the world it represents - a shadow of the true brilliance it could have been, but stunning none the less.
-
1 ответThere’s intellectual, informative and necessary posts here. And then there’s enhancement cores. Crappy excuse for spam.

19 отв.Rough period? No. CoO was a rough period. Beside Crucible not being very appealing to me, the PvE and Gambit side of things are great.

6 отв.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 well said, I am part of a pretty active clan on any night we have 30-60 people doing stuff, we still have Raid nights, pvp nights, gambit nights and nights helping each other grind what people need, we have lore discussions, we have some issues with the game but we still have fun, what I would like the Devs to do is look at clans like ours and come to us and ask.... what keeps your clan interested? What can we do to make the experience even better? What is good now and stay the same, unfortunately they only seem interested in what streamers have to say, not that their views are not valid but we can provide a balanced view of pvp sweats, raiders and hardcore or casuals

3 отв.I agree with your sentiment as it applies to the community. I can’t stand seeing a valid argument in either direction being muddled with baseless tropes or outride name calling. I also don’t believe Bungie should be let off the hook for where the game is now, and even less so for how it’s been handled. Your statement assumes devoting resources to D3, which by all accounts is more than a year out, is OK. That isn’t everyone’s opinion. If they have the ability to set it right, then they have a responsibility to do so. In my opinion, it’s an obligation out of nothing less than respect for my time and money given, historically, mostly out of hope. We hoped D2 was going to be better. We hoped the new mystery network node was going to help stabilize PvP. We hoped they’d make it worth losing all progress, gear and guns. In the end, the reality is that this game is only as good as we are at standing up for ourselves, and we aren’t nearly as good at that as we should be. Thus, my initial agreement with you.
