For the orbs read the KNOWN ISSUES Post at the time. (They purposely disabled the orbs)

Thanks! Though I believe the disabling of the orb generation was solely in Gambit, Gambit Prime, Raids and Comp Crucible, I was merely playing Patrol and then a Daily Heroic Mission. I logged out, relogged, even switched to another controller, and now I can dodge once more (and the Mercury Heroic Adventure let me dodge once more, so I think something helped me there)
