Really, I think we’re blowing it all out of proportions. Aunor wants to get rid of the Drifter, but all parties involved have been keeping their heads and sorting through all this properly. We, the players, are the ones who have been freaking out about one side being right and the other being dead wrong, even though it’s not possible to divide this conflict into two sides. “Good and bad, Drifter and Vanguard”? Simple minded. The Vanguard supported the Drifter.

For now but if guardians act like today’s society they will cause a war. It’ll be subtle but gradually worsen to a breaking point. There’s only so much that the Vanguard will allow, if they deem that the experiments the Drifter is performing are to dangerous then there will be a problem. Drifter supporters will disagree, Vanguard supporters will push back. It doesn’t matter who fires first, just as long as someone does; chaos will be unleashed. The City will suffer and all the ground we’ve gained will be lost as the guardians are divided and warring between each other. This will be the beginning of the second collapse, and then the Dark will come and decimate everything.

Well said. But we all know the Colonel will orchestrate the second Collapse.
