People are using not forgotten,luna in quickplay. Why? You kill the crucible (Might be a good thing)
Honestly there is no space for veteran PvE players in PvP. Why do I get matchmade with people running with NF,Lunas,WC and Chaparone? It's the best loadout in the entire game and me,a PvE player get's matchmade with them. HOW? I need to start from bottom and go upp. It's not fun dying and dying and dying....oh and dying.
Edit: WAOW I diden't know that the PvP community was this fricking unfriendly? Okey fine fine FINE! I'm not going to f'ing play Crucible. Have it your way. I'm sorry for trying to play this game mode and I will F off. Message is clear I'm out!. However I'm not f'ing sorry for apparently having this very unpopular opinion that I should have matchmaking with other guardians of my LVL and people that use NF and Luna on guardians like me that just started with PvP will have a bad experience. But I again you all want me to F off because I suck so I will glady just do that.Stop DM me.

2 отв.Hey man, look. To be completely fair, those of us who did earn the gun legitimately....this is a slap in our face. I got my Luna solo the first time it came out. That was absolutely hell. But I fought through it and got the gun. And I absolutely adore it. Is it the stronger gun? Over most hcs, absolutely. Maybe a bit...too strong... Is it an "I win" button? Not really, unless the guy you're going against is terrifying in PvP. 99/100 the guy who earned Luna, they're just good. That just may be a mm issue, but those people are generally good with Luna or any other weapon they're good with. For me yes, I use my Luna. However, my main loadout is Ace and a sniper. And I usually slay with this, and can compete in comp with this. You shouldn't tell people what they can and can't use. Just saying. Hope this didn't come off as rude.

There are plenty of weapons out there to counter them, you just need to play your guns advantages. I have Luna but honestly my Last Word game is just as deadly due to practice, its pretty much all I use now instead of Luna. Practice is what you need, you've played less that 500 matches in QP, you cant expect to be a god right away. If you play pvp like you play pve thinking you dont have to change the way you play for a match you are wrong, you have to change the way you play every engagement. Pvp to me is the ultimate test of your critical thinking skills in Destiny 2. You have to fight an enemy that can think back and you have to take in lots of information about your enemy to find out how to beat them such as; what class they play, what guns they use, what map are we playing, what advantage do my guns have in this fight, do I feel more comfortable at range or close quarters. Taking all this information in and using it to excel on the fly in each engagement in crucible will require more than 500 matches in QP and lots of practice. But you will be a bette player for it.

4 отв.Veteran pve'rs don't compare to veteran pvp'rs. If you had to do a raid would you prefer the guy who has 80 clears or the guy with no clears but has not forgotten? Killing mindless npcs is not an effective way to prep for crucible. I have Luna and yes it is powerful but it is boring and I only use it against sweats,i prefer to use thorn or redrix. Pve'rs need to just practice and learn patience just like pvp'rs need to learn the difference between pvp and a challenging pve encounter with mechanics.Just get practice and use the meta but never become dependent upon it. I play alot of anti meta stuff and if i told you half of what i use you would call me a liar. If you need a practice partner just friend me and if you are patient and have INCREDIBLE resolve i will help you get the pinnacles free of charge.Dredgen_Ignatius psn.

If PvP stresses you out this much, why are you playing it? I know players like to preach that "Bungie forces me to play PvP", but you don't have to. You said yourself that you're a PvE'er so just stick with that.

Because that is qp. For some reason people want it like that rather than have fair matchmaking. Tbh I think 0-2100 comp is better than qp. Me and my friend tried to play for fun last night, we got spawn trapped, spawn flipped, and t bagged by the other team (they weren’t a premade btw)

Don’t play it if you can’t get your head around the fact that the matchmaking is totally off the rails in this game. You never know from one game to the next what your opponents skill will be. Throw in the P2P connection BS and away you go.
