Arc Week - Proves PvP Bias Against WARLOCKS!!!

I am an OG Warlock since D1 and playing PvP in D2 is what I enjoy most doing. This includes both casual play and competitive. I've gotten the OG Redrix's Claymore, Luna's Howl, and Recluse all by playing solo as a "Warlock" so my experience should speak for it self. Yes Warlocks will be way better with the update of Arc Week and so will other classes but please hear me out and read the entire post. This is PvP related and not PvE. And I'm not bashing Arc Week, its about time Stomcallers get some love. (But why did it take so long...) Bungie has a problem with tying unnecessary requirements or setups to allow Warlock abilities to be potent and viable in PvP. Arc week proves my point and how lackluster warlocks have been in past and how unviable they can feel in untrained hands in PvP. Therefore, warlock is the least used class in high level PvP play for its high skill ceiling. Example 1: Electrostatic Surge (Bottom Path Stormcaller) - In Ark Week its going to be bump up to regenerate rate of rift at 600% per player. This is GREAT, but WHAT!?!?! Your telling me all this time electrostatic surge has been broken and doing close to nothing since D2 launch 2017! ...........................................................................................I am in SHOCK lol sorry for the punt. Exmaple 2: Transcendence (Top Tree Stormcaller) - Ark Week will allow for more chain lightning and more targets to be affected. Again this is GREAT, but here comes the kicker another node that has been unusable since D2 launch date. "Transcendence" requires a warlock to have a full grenade and melee energy for Stormtrance to lasts longer and fully restore health. Bungie wants me to use more arc chain which is tide to grenade and melee but if I want to use Transcendence I need to meet the grenade and melee requirement. This is extremely annoying and unnecessarily complicated. You mean I got to wait for my super to charge, and either "hold on to an instance of my grenade and melee" or "wait for both my grenade and melee to charge after my Super is charged" to use Transcendence. See what I mean in PvP I want to kill and use all the tools at my disposal at any time. And "NOT" hold on to them to even have a chance to use a node in my top tree Storm Caller. Meaning that if you mess up either of the above set ups, you either got a wait additional time to meet the requirements (have both melee and grenade back) or give up the transcendence node. I want to hear all your thoughts. I'm not attacking any other classes, so please lets have a constructive conversation and bring this to the attention of Bungie. Why do they make warlocks have to work for and set up for their abilities with dumb requirements in PvP??? When Warlocks are already underplayed and have the worst PvP jump. (Blink is the exception but it is tided to Voidwalker.) PS remember when Warlocks could consume their entire super by charging a grenade in Top Tree Voidwalker lol fun times, this was fixed, but again prove that in the Bungie PvP development team they don't have someone who actually stands up for Warlocks in PvP. Aka Novawarp Massacre!!!
