HELLO.
I have purchased every destiny content since destiny 1, all the way up until forsaken. I was even considering buying the season pass for forge. However, you have UNRIGHTFULLY restricted my account!!! (m00se0032 on PSN, [REDACTED] on PSN.) 2 weeks ago, you issued a 2 week suspension because i was being reported for unstable internet. I had no problem with this, because my internet (i live in philippines) has had issues during this time. So for 2 weeks, i patiently waited (i only play Crucible mainly, although i have done nearly all the PVE content).
Today is around 2 weeks since you issued the 2 WEEK suspension. To my surprise, after logging in, i received ANOTHER MESSAGE informing me that i was now RESTRICTED for 2 months!!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??? I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN ALLOWED TO PLAY!!!!!! I was in the process of upgrading my internet (from a slow, unstable A/DSL to a high speed FIBER line) in order to never have this issue again! Now after i have gone through all this trouble, i log in just to see that i have received more sanctions even though i have not even played a single game?? I understand you do not overturn restrictions, but this is UNCALLED for. i have never and wouldn't have the slightest clue of how to cheat, so i do not understand this!! i have been such a loyal supporter since DESTINY 1, and in Destiny 2 have invested hours upon hours upon hours in PVP in order to earn the pinnacle rewards (Not forgotten).
The total amount of money i spent on Destiny 1 was close to 150 US dollars for the base game and all the DLCs, plus a bit of silver to support you guys. In Destiny 2, once again i have spent close to 150 US dollars as well. For you to restrict my access to crucible, THE ONLY REASON I PLAY YOUR GAME, i feel it is beyond disrespectful.
I never stopped supporting your game (i was even a HALO 1, 2, and 3 fan) regardless of the countless issues. I understand my internet was not so stable when you gave me the 2 weeks, but please understand - at my rank (5500 glory) there are not enough players locally in the Philippines to find fair, and stable games. I often play against people from every corner of asia, as well as having players in my fireteam from all around the world ( Europe, USA ) because i have friends all over the world (school over seas, work travel, etc.). I never even knew that people were reporting me until i logged in to find the 2 week suspension. I IMMEDIATELY acted to fix what i could on my end during the 2 weeks ( which included a costly upgrade to a new Internet service). Now i truly feel this has all been for naught if you allow this 2 MONTH ban to continue. 2 months of not being able to play Destiny, thats enough time to give up completely because of how unfair i feel you handled this situation.

If you really do not intend on reversing this 2 MONTH restriction (which i received AFTER a 2 week ban where i COULD NOT PLAY A SINGLE GAME) then you would have lost all of my future business and respect for any game attached to the BUNGIE/ACTIVISION name. It is not only me, i have introduced several people in my family and friends to your game, and i will be sure to let them know to move on from Destiny and instead recommend another game that has more care and respect for it's community. (something like Overwatch comes to mind. They handle poor internet connection in competitive in a fair way for EVERYONE. Because you KNOW when you are being punished, and you do not get punished for simply NOT PLAYING THE GAME. )
I really hope you understand the gravity of this situation. I'm sure i am not the only person who has been affected by this. It must be some kind of BUG, because is that really in your game design to give someone a 2 week warning, and then upon expiration of that warning, to apply further sanctions ??(for TWO MONTHS NO LESS!) Please double check my game history to see that i have not had access to the crucible for the past two weeks, and after that time expired, have not played a single match! FIX THIS SOON as i have already been waiting for TWO WEEKS to play a game that i have been playing for nearly 4 years with no issue.

3 отв.2 months for all crucible? Typically, Bungie restricts for 2 weeks from quickplay on the first offense. Whatever restriction they give for quickplay in weeks, you apply as months to competitive so a 2 week quickplay is 2 months competitive. You also cannot equip crucible weapons and armor during that time.
