Destiny is already dead. But hey, no worries, here is Destiny 3, you can earn and pay for all of the same exotics for a 3rd time... I mean, sure why not.... lets earn “Last Word” “Ace” “whisper” ect.... for a 3rd time. Oh joy

Player base hovered at 650K for several days last week, and the average continues to dive. On average, it fluctuates 650-850K.... World wide? That’s not alive lol... Forsaken peak was 3 million, well below launch. Don’t get me wrong, I won’t be buying or playing anthem. I loved destiny, but Black Armory and this whole season pass thing is the end... They aren’t making any money off anything anymore and no one is purchasing the season pass nor the game. The only people playing are the ones who bought the season pass (myself included) and are holding out hope it gets better.... Black Armory and the season pass concept will for ever be known as the worst pile of garbage they ever put out.

You cant really compare a concurrent playerbase to a peak.. also not everyone wants a games as service style dlc like the annual pass so im not shocked that the playerbase is lower, i told a bunch of my friends not to get it and just pick it up mid penumbra so it feels like a big dlc for them. I mean look at any games numbers between dlcs they always dip and seeing as though the annual pass is all about endgame and not story campaign stuffs a good amount of people are just gonna skip it until the next comet dlc/d3 which ever happens next.
