“BALANCE” Going after grenade launchers but fail to address Rampant shotgunning(?)
Is now censored? Was removed from the forums?

I will repost. I don’t care about the hate or the insults. I’m not so thin skinned or deterred to start a conversation about a game.
I enjoy the game and wanted to address changes to grenade launchers but absolutely zero dialogue with game breaking stuff.
[b]Like the over use of shotguns. The crucible and broken OP items like one eye mask. The conversation was well underway and subsequently removed. [/b]
Maps play a part, movement plays a part and a lack of better options also plays its part.

The majority of players are at or below average skill. They're bad. Bad players rely on crutch weapons, and bad players can't counter crutch weapons. Thus you get inflated usage stats on crutch weapons e.g. shotguns which are one shot and have very low skill requirements to be effective. It's not a mystery as to why it's the case. If you don't like shotguns then learn to dominate them because that's the only way people will drop them. Literally just get good.

3 отв.Keep your distance from corners, watch your radar, don't put yourself in close combat situations. I don't know how many times a shotgun slid or rushed around a corner thinking they were going to easily shoot me only to find out I kept my distance and then i easily got them with my bygones. It's hilarious actually. I see players just blindly running around corners into the thick of the fight only to be met with a shotgun death and then complain about how bullshit shotguns are when in reality they got themselves killed. I will say special ammo should be more limited like not dropping on death and the maps should have more open spaces to limit the advantage shotguns have. But if you're dying from a shotgun all the time it's mostly your own fault.

9 отв.there is nothing wrong with shotguns and no nerf will stop people from using them. Making them more inconsistent doesn't make the game more fun for anybody.

4 отв.Learn how to play the maps. There is no shotgun issue, just people running around like headless chicken. I baited so many shotgunners, its easy af! But kids rather cry, than learn how to counter things. Mankind is screwed...

3 отв.How about not forcing us to play on mini me maps? I mean shotguns only rule because we are playing like rats in a frigging maze. I can't find one map with decent sniper spots.

20 отв.Keep it up. I main one shots and am posting every single day about this totally asinine nerf. Seems like you are more about the balance of shotguns versus one shots, but any conversation about it helps this super niche weapon type.
