The lag is intolerable
I love most of the new changes, and I think D2 PvP is headed in a great direction, but the level of lag, and the frequency with which it’s encountered, is simply inexcusable.
EDIT: To put it another way, it's 2018, Bungie — why are we still on P2P and not dedicated servers? Every other shooter worth its salt has them.
EDIT 2: Just for the “it’s your internet” naysayers, I play 100 percent wired, 100 down, ~30 up, very rarely have issues or outages. My internet is fine.

I've been saying this since D1, that the game needs dedicated servers. Or at least better hit registration. It's often times hard to tell if you're winning a gunfight simply because the damage from your bullets doesn't register instantly. Instant hit and kill registration from your shots would do a lot to make the game feel much, much better to play.
