2, 3, 4, 1
2 was the first to introduce both creative climbing segments and (mostly) enjoyable collectibles hidden in fun places. Also a good story.
3 was a great follow up to 2 because it was about the same but with better graphics. Collectibles were a little less intuitive but story was pretty good. More puzzles was pretty cool. Also, Nate could actually toss back grenades.
4 cut a bunch of stuff; sure it looks excellent, but much of the gameplay was pushing around boxes, tying ropes, moving from point a to point b, etc. they used this time to stuff an unnecessarily high amount of collectibles (196) and squeeze in dialogue. Not to mention many of the climbing segments devolved to simple climbing of cliff faces and rope throwing. Not very exciting at all, not to mention the story is predictable and bland. Also triggers me that Nathan forgot how to throw grenades back.
1 was just pretty bad. Wonky mechanics with aiming, boring collectibles, but at least there were less. Not much excitement in most of the climbing segments, and a pretty bland story. Age and bad graphics sink this to the bottom.

Yeah I didn't like how they changed the gunplay completely and made it more like "the last of us" if you're picking up what I'm laying down
-
Yeah they were like "you know what everyone loved in The Last of Us? Pushing boxes."

Haha love it
