No respectable year 1 player would refer to the matador as mapador. Before ttk shotguns had twice the range and 3 times the consistency, so shut the hell up already. Shotsguns are a depressed shell of their former selves. The majority of you "guardians" on here cry about any gun that kills you, that you dont enjoy using. Bungie is mostly to blame for the imbalance in the game, but you cry babies fuel it. Yall are gonna cry very soon at the next meta and the cycle will continue. Edit: i should have mentioned that after shotguns got nerfed for the 4th or 5th time everyone said they were "in a great place". All the while sniper nerfs were more prevalent. Bungie than nerfed snipers (didnt touch shotguns at all) and all of a sudden shotguns are now OP. LMFAO the logic of this community is hysterical Edit#2 i would say 90% of you have logical responses in regards to my post. Whether it be agreeing with me or against my opinion. The problem with the people who disagree yet have logical and intelligent responses to this, have no facts to back them up. A lot of you have mentioned that the ttk for primaries having dropped has in directly made shotguns op so they need a nerf for balance. I would agree with this if it were actually true. Fact is most of the primaries were nerfed a few months after ttk release, yet shotgun usage did not increase and than snipers were the meta for around a year. Right before roi we got our last weapon rebalance which actually buffed a few exotics reduced ar mags and nerfed snipers. Up untill that update went live snipers ruled destiny. We were than introduced to the clever dragon which has an optimal ttk of. 80 seconds which is one of the easier and faster ttk weapons weve had in a while (so technically primaries got a buff) . So back to my original statement only when snipers got nerfed did shotguns become over used, because snipers could no longer get shot multiple times in the face and pull off a crisp headshot, so they switched. Sooooo yeah unless you can bring facts, stop spewing ignorance. Like i said the majority of you have help bring imbalance to this game, cheers!
