I have played with many groups who say they know what they are doing, done it before and are 375+ but they can't even beat the raid then yesterday I joined a group (on my friend's account) 365+ where one person didn't know how to do the encounters and only 1 had beat the raid before. So we went through we explained to this guy what you had to do and guess what we beat every encounter first try... It just shows that these stupid requirements are not needed a good player will be able to just as well.
And then for trials well you can't judge a player by his stats you can farm it high or it can be dropped low by just not taking it seriously all of the time. I have played with people who have double my K/D but are no where near as good and then played with players with a lower K/D then me who have been much better. Stats while for the upmost sweats it may show how good they are for most it will not be an accurate representation; they may have been terrible at one point but are now gods or they may spend most of their games doing stupid challenges.
So there is no need what so ever for stupid requirements in both PvE and PvP in truth if you are a good player it shouldn't matter if someone has exactly the same skill as you and don't look down on people just because of your stats so just learn that not everybody cares about their stats and takes everything seriously.
Edit 1: light levels is a bit different i understand certain requirements but do not belive for the raid you need to be 380+ or that for trials you need a 2 K/D
Edit 2: thanks for all the support guys we are bow trending and even those of you who disagree thanks for the feedback
Edit 3: you guys must remember running kings fall even after it had been out for almost a year with a full team of 335's and struggling to get it done so light really doesn't matter because it can be done easily with a full team of 315's
Edit 4: thanks for over 100 likes on this post guys it just shows how big of a problem this is in the community
Edit 5: and to all you who believe that this is a lie i don't really care if you will listen to some random person who doesn't know the full stroy and niether do you then that's your problem not mine

If all the people whining about requirements would just make a group with their own requirements, they would never have a problem. Instead, it's required to post about what other people do with their free time in a game. Never understood this. I always post for my own LFG for this reason. Whenever we posted for a raid we would take the lowest light level in our party (by 5s) and put that as a requirement.

I lol so hard when people say 1.17 kd or better and then you check their stats and their overall kd is 1.17 but their weekly kd is like .8

2 sides to this. 1 side, the casual gamer. They don't necessarily game that much,as a result they are pretty average. These guys see these posts as segregating the population. They want everything to be equal. 2. The professional or more intense gamer. These people develop skill from the immense amount of time they play on the game. They're above average and do not wish to be dragged down by a player not pulling their weight. Both sides in their own are wrong. One, a game will never be equal due to other people's time investment therefore gaining more skill. That being said, if one person wishes to have fun by doing something a certain way, you can't get mad at them for their choices. It's secretly you being mad at yourself or jealous of them for being able to invest so much time and gain so much skill. I'm not pointing fingers, just speaking from experience. I used to get smashed in cod, until I invested endless hours every day. My K/D in cod4: modern warfare, around 8 months in with about 115k kills, was a .69 and I hated that. I spent endless amounts of time dragging myself up so very slowly to eventually a 1.08. I started with 115k kills. Do you know how long that took? Months. It's all about yourself, wanting to play with the pros and the level of your own determination. Go guardian, be great. Only you are holding yourself back. If you can't invest that much time into the game then don't get mad at others who invest more, enjoy your real life, the family you have around you, the good things. Not everything has to be handed to you on a gold platter friend, it's very rewarding to achieve great skill.

2 отв.Guys I need 10 people for wrath of the machine, must be 500+ light lvl, must have touch of malice, black spindle, outbreak prime, g-horn, sleeper. U must be in us navy seals

Yes raid requirements are ridiculous. But I've said this a million times. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE UNREALISTIC REQUIREMENTS THEN MAKE YOUR OWN FIRETEAM!
-
It's probably because you're bad. I always join 385+ groups. We get it done in less than a hours with no wipes.

6 отв.I do it for reasons that I don't want to waste my time and I have no problem booting people especially if it's their fault.

Изменено (EmeraldSwords): 10/9/2016 5:48:18 PMWe were about 2-3 guardians with levels of 364+ . It was my first run at the raid and we were able to down everything, the final fight took some time of getting used to. Dps was obviously something that was going to be challenging to attain; but ultimately it relied on constant communication. I also like that the raid itself isn't as mechanic heavy as KF. More to the point like Crota with a few nods to VOG.

Make your own group then. Friend the good players from lfg. After a while you won't need lfg anymore with a hefty friends list of Destiny raiders. Then....Profit! Exactly what I did and now I have a very solid group which raids each week. We come from all walks of life, ages, locations and share a common love of raids. This group has grown to about 15 with another 20 semi randoms to fill in holes on teams. A little effort goes a long way. Stop being whiny. Stop being lazy. Make it happen! I qualify for all raid lfg requirements without fail. But when I post or look for lfg posts. I look for mature groups that are fun and chill to play with. I have played with the hard core "git er dun" fast groups many times. They get annoying to me. It's not fun cause they make it feel like work. It takes weeks of lfg matching to find a solid regular group. Maybe your will get lucky and find a player like me who already has this group. But don't give up. Find your group. Make friends that match your play style. Make an effort and it will happen.

Agreed. These people asking for 375+ or higher for the raid, yes i understand but as long as you can learn and get the mechanics you will be fine. Thos guys still haveing peoblems at aksis pt 2, level is a very small part for that encounter.

Although I will put requirements sometimes, it's usually just to be around my light and if it's for a raid, experience. Although after seeing many people say they haven't done the raid cos of daft requirements I changed my requirements for people who are "under levelled" to help them out, we won't beat aksis, but they'll get experience and light. I don't think it's too hard though to reach 385 light, all my guardians are 386 ( I use same gun set). I would defo class myself as a casual player. But often i find that people who put these requirements haven't done the raid or often turn out to be the worst to raid with. I always use LFG and I think once I met a very competent team, we managed the raid on each character in a few hours.

It will never be fixed until Bungoe decides we can have MM for everything which will never happen.

Everyone has the right to their own opinion even if it's wrong :)
-
Everyone has standards, and not everyone fits into each other's.
-
Ive changed my mind on this one. I only have 2 wotm completions due to my willingness to try and help others with the raid. Sorry no more. If you havent attempted or completed the raid and want people to help you then please listen to their guidance. When you clearly explain the mechanics and what everyone should be doing and even allow for a few warm up runs but people still wipe another dozen times it gets annoying. There are plenty of vids showing what to do, please watch them.
-
You really can't blame them though, sometimes I find it a bit excessive but it is their choice, if you dont like it then dont join, at least thats what I do. I am not normally very picky when it comes to lfg, but sometimes I dont want to spend 3 hours doing a raid so I ask for some requirements and I dont see why they shouldnt either. Sometimes I dont mind spending time helping people, others I dont feel like it anymore... In most cases requirements are just a way for a player to filter people who he/she doesnt want to play with, although they might be excessive or seem unfair is their choice. There is no guaranteed way to get a proper team based by skills, but KD, raid runs/completions is a way of doing this. With this I mean that you are more likely to be a good Raider if you have completed 20 raids than if you have never done it, sure this case does not always apply and there are people out there who have never run a raid who can perform better than a person who has done it 2 or 3 times but, although this is an exception, for the majority of cases, a person who has done a raid 30 times will be better at running that raid than a person who has never done it, this will almost always be true!

1 ответThank you! Nothing I hate more than: LFG TRIALS 380+ NEED TO BE MEMBER OF FAZE 10.0K/D+ NEED FLAWLESS IN ALL DLCS NEED TO BE A HUMAN AIMBOT WITH A SNIPER NEED TO BE FILLED WITH G-FUEL AND MOUNTAIN DEWS AND ADRENALINE INJECTIONS PSN: MLGPRO420BLAZE69

2 отв.LFG should not even exist! It was a bad part on BungieVision's behalf to even suggest this is where to look for raid groups, they must own some sort of stock or something.
-
6 отв.I say 370+ because it's the requirement that the game sets. It's not extreme because it's soo easy to get to 370.
-
People can have whatever requirements they want. If you don't like them you are free to find a different group or form your own. Light level is generally an indicator of experience and increases theoretical dmg output and resistance. All else equal, a 375+ fireteam will clear raids more efficiently than a 360+ fireteam.
-
3 отв.Trials (Competitive) LFG posts are obnoxious. "MUST HAVE KD AT LEAST 2.0, ELO 1700+, WILL BE CHECKING STATS, DONT WASTE OUR TIME" Stuff like that in almost every post. My KD is only 0.9, but I can hold my own with competent teammates in Trials. But I feel relegated to the Trials (Casual/Bounty) section where people take 2 and 3 passages to finish the Gold Tier bounty.
