Stop the stupid lfg requirements
I have played with many groups who say they know what they are doing, done it before and are 375+ but they can't even beat the raid then yesterday I joined a group (on my friend's account) 365+ where one person didn't know how to do the encounters and only 1 had beat the raid before. So we went through we explained to this guy what you had to do and guess what we beat every encounter first try... It just shows that these stupid requirements are not needed a good player will be able to just as well.
And then for trials well you can't judge a player by his stats you can farm it high or it can be dropped low by just not taking it seriously all of the time. I have played with people who have double my K/D but are no where near as good and then played with players with a lower K/D then me who have been much better. Stats while for the upmost sweats it may show how good they are for most it will not be an accurate representation; they may have been terrible at one point but are now gods or they may spend most of their games doing stupid challenges.
So there is no need what so ever for stupid requirements in both PvE and PvP in truth if you are a good player it shouldn't matter if someone has exactly the same skill as you and don't look down on people just because of your stats so just learn that not everybody cares about their stats and takes everything seriously.
Edit 1: light levels is a bit different i understand certain requirements but do not belive for the raid you need to be 380+ or that for trials you need a 2 K/D

Edit 3: you guys must remember running kings fall even after it had been out for almost a year with a full team of 335's and struggling to get it done so light really doesn't matter because it can be done easily with a full team of 315's

Edit 5: and to all you who believe that this is a lie i don't really care if you will listen to some random person who doesn't know the full stroy and niether do you then that's your problem not mine

1 ответHere's the thing though: it's easier to find players if you set your requirement to a lower light level than say, 380+. That's why I set mine at 375+ usually. The Raid can be done at 365, but the team will need to be pretty damn good at the game to deal enough DPS and not die. A higher Light usually mean more experience, hence they likely have more skill than lower light players. Most people higher than 370 have beaten the Raid; I can't quite say the same for people under that.

Yeah we did the raid with two people who were 345-350 when we entered. The rest of us were 378-382. You don't need 6 people to beat this raid.

I make those those requirments. I am an elitist. Not because I don't want to help lower level/skill players but simply because I want to crank out as much of the game as I can in my limited time. I respect your opinion but you can always make your own fireteam.

10 отв.For ToO a high light level req is fine but a kd req is stupid. It's all about team work and calling out. People like to pad their stats in easy game like rift if the other team sucks so they'll just kill the whole game. Light level means something but once people are over the recommended light it comes down to their attitude. I did kings fall heroic with a team of max light levels before RoI while i was just over the rec and we struggled with sisters and couldn't beat oryx cause people kept leaving after 1-2 wipes. Joined a party of people similar level to me and 3 people hadn't even tried hard before. After a rlfew rounds of learning the basics we cleared it no problem and everyone was very chill. Attitude can make the difference!

2 отв.I always just scroll when I see those. It is their fireteam, let them play how they want, I will play how I want. Don't see a fireteam that looks decent to join? Create your own. You arent the only one out there that is fed up with the elitists.

Complaining about this is pointless. The people with the crazy req.'s aren't going to read this and be like " Oh yeah. He's right. Let me go lower my requirements." No one could police it or anything, It just is what it is.

3 отв.I have a soft req of 370+ for the raid, not because a 365 can't finish it but it allows for enough DPS to be able to not need five rotations on Aksis. Basically -blam!--up protection.

"Wahhhhh, lfg requirements are stupid, Wahhhhh" Quit crying and make your own group. People can make whatever requirements they want. Yes, 360s and even 350s can beat the raid. But it will most likely take longer. A full team of knowledgeable 380s will knock that raid out in 30 minutes. You aren't accomplishing anything by being a crybaby on the forums

I was playing a game of skirmish with a friend. We teamed up with a random and won. We then played against him and his team was awful. We then friended him and ran a flawless passage. No one ever looked at stats. We just said fuk it let's go. He said afterward that he uses lfg a lot and doesn't like it. Make friends.

Get over yourself. People can make whatever requirements they please. If they require every member to be a purple banana then who are you to say they can't? Nobody. There are any number of posts every few minutes ranging from 360+ to 380+, your experience may vary but there's something for everyone, and the option to start your own.

People are allowed to have whatever standards they want. Telling them to stop is like telling a brick wall to go run a marathon. Either make your own group, or go find a clan to join.
