Do the Borg still possess the nervous system in which they reside? Correct me if I'm wrong but they can't survive without their host, right?
If that's the case then the Halo rings would destroy them because it kills all sentient life forms.

Can they figure out a way to survive without a host in the time it takes for the Halo rings' destruction to reach them? It's a stretch. It would be like asking if humans can figure out a way to not need oxygen in that amount of time.

They would survive the blast because they can adapt (and then be immune to) ANYTHING after one of the Borg is killed by it.

Species 8472 ended up retreating from the Voyager to fluidic space. I don't think they could hang with the flood.
