The only unbalance in pvp Auto rifles vs hand cannons / hand cannon users
im so furious about this. id rather face mida last word hawkmoon then auto rifles. its a serious problem if your using a hand cannon. i am above average hand cannon user and can handle any weapon but for some reason auto rifles win out every time against hand cannons. can you beat a auto rifle user ? yes if you shoot first but if he is shooting you at the same time 99 percent of the time he wins out. this is why hand cannons need a buff and they need to get rid of phantom bullets. i have no problems killing any other type of weapon.
surely you hand cannon users must know what im taking about. its especially noticable with those high rate of fire auto rifles. i once killed a doctorine with my hand cannon when we where shooting at the same time but we traded kills and i had to try so hard to get him down.
everything else in pvp seems balanced to me except for this.
no matter how fast or slow you pull the trigger on a hand cannon if both you and that auto rifle user start firing at the same time the hand cannon loses 99 percent of the time.
anyone notice this or have any thoughts on this. i hate having to switch to a pulse rifle in matches to compete with auto rifle users. i want to use a hand cannon 90 percent of the time.
for me auto rifles are boring to use i have some good ones but dont want to use them there boring!!!
in rumble someone could test this out have a auto rifle user and hand cannon guy face each other and have them shoot at the same time and see who wins 100 percent of the time.
i will say i dont use last word so i dont know if this is the exception.
EDIT2: i dont think i use hand cannons any differently then others its just that i hate being killed by a auto rifle when i get killed by other guns it does not faze me. i have been using my hawkmoon and can take out autos. i think the hawkmoon is the best to combat autos like doctorine. but ill try more testing. still rng bullets need to be eliminated.

2 отв.The Thing about hand cannons is you will lose in an all out gun fight to a doctrine, but the strength is that you can poke in and out of cover taking advantage of the slow fire rate. That's the only way I beat auto rifles or hawksaws.

There are far too few hand cannons that have both braced frame and Rodeo perks in tandem. If hand cannons had these two perks together, they'd be a force to reckon with. Unfortunately, this combination is very rare. I am still waiting for this combo to come my way. In the meantime, I'm trying very hard to make the best of what I have. I have three Finnalas Peril with different perks. I have two Eyasluna with different perks too. I just use which gun is appropriate at any given time.

2 отв.I'll agree to you on phantom bullets, usually you can fix that if you pace your shots, don't try to mash the trigger button as fast as you can when you are shooting at someone. Also you don't seem like an above average handcannon user because with my finalis Peril I out gun most people. Even doctrines sometimes...

1 ответHand cannons haven't felt right since they changed them the first time. I think it would be appropriate to just do a full restore on them. They would fit right into and give options for the meta.

The problem is the bullet hoses add a non stop stream of fire and seem to increase the RNG cone Aka getting shot by a zero impact auto, ensure no bullets will actually hit where you are aiming.

Remove reticule bloom COMPLETELY from short to mid range for handcannons. Problem solved.

Even if I agree or disagree with this post, everyone can't be satisfied. We just have to got with the situation, until the next round of buffed weapons, it's just how it works.

4 отв.I love using my AR & I understand your frustration, but I usually get beat out by Finaala's Peril ( not sure if that is the right name or spelled correctly), but I would recommend a secondary that you like & can counter the AR's. That way you still get to kill with your HC, but you are covered if you cross an AR that you can not beat with your HC.

2 отв.It's the flinch. That's why I didn't want auros to get buffed,Cuz I knew this shit would happen. If they get a few good shots on you, it's very hard to shoot them back unless you run tlw.

Yup my hawkmoon never stands a chance. If it had more stability then yes it would but right now unless you dont miss and get a 2 shot you're screwed

And hey here's an idea, if something is not working switch it up... But I guess you can't get past "I must use only a hand cannon" bullshit.
