I've played most maps enough to have an idea where a sniper may be, and either avoid the lane or use caution when traversing it. That said, I couldn't hit the sky with a sniper in PvP, much less find myself in a position to speak to them being changed. So knowing that they're an always present danger, I've adapted my playing style because of them and it's been working out.
