Saying MIDA is OP is funny this weapon really takes skill 4 head shots to kill (low TTK) I'd rather have my Nerween or my Souros ARI to be honest and they are not OP.
My definition of OP is Vanilla Vex before it was nerfed for the first time ever (by 55% but it was like 70%) and final round snipers (before the nerf) other than that all of them during there prime were good (not OP).
If anything Scouts need a buff.

Damage is not OP. Aim assist is. Big time.

So even if the aim assist is high it's still a primary with low TTK easily counted with other styles. I hate MIDA it's not for me but it's extremely good to counter snipers and that's were the nerf screaming is coming from. This game have one problem special ammo ((power weapons)) are everywhere Bungie should treat them as such ((if you die you lose all bullets)) green box should only gives 3 shots per box.
