I main a Titan and have a hunter who I don't use much, however I enjoy the night stalker subclass! I cannot get a feel for the jumps primarily and am wondering what's the best jumps and if I should focus in ability or armor etc. Any help is greatly appreciated
Edit 1: So far best advice is to focus on agility, stay on the move, and remember I won't have monstrous armor like my titan
Edit 2: I'll still be a Titan main, just want to see how I like the Hunter

Triple jump is the best perk for your jump. You'll want to make agility your first priority for stats, since it adds to your jump height, which means the benefit is effectively tripled. It's a matter of taste if you want armor or recovery to be your secondary stat. Personally, I prefer recovery, especially with Vanish in Smoke, but either way is viable just depends on your play style. For Shadowshot, all three perks are pretty good. I like Blood Bound because I can kill one tethered enemy and all the rest die, from the explosions if not from the shared damage. Great way to clear adds, and with Light of the Pack it makes a shower of orbs to boot. Black Hole is better against bosses since it lasts longer and can keep more enemies tethered at a time, so it's a perfectly respectable choice as well. I don't care for quiver in PvE, but it's probably the best for PvP. Vortex Grenade is probably the best grenade all-around, but Voidwall can be good against adds that like to rush you, like Thralls. For your melee, I'd recommend Vanish in Smoke for PvE. It's great for getting out of a tight spot to let your shields recover, to set up a sniper shot, to run from cover and pick up some ammo, to revive a downed ally, or to turn an ally invisible so they can do any of the above, plus it gives you a small boost to Agility on top of all that. In PvP, the invisibility is not very useful since observant players can still see your outline and it doesn't last long enough to do anything with it, so switch to Envenomed for extra zone control. Light of the Pack is the best perk in its column if you're in a fireteam. If you're playing solo, orbs don't do you any good, so you'll want to switch to Lockdown. For the last column, Shadestep is the best perk, but if you use Graviton Forfeit you can take a second one. I've never found Predator to be much use in PvE, but it can be fun combined with Quiver in PvP. I find the improved radar too useful to pass up though.

Изменено (BostonBakedDeath): 11/22/2015 4:05:17 AMStep 1: Use perks (doesn't matter which ones) Step 2: Revel in how much skill they take Example: I had to hit B twice to activate Shadestep. Therefore, I must be the most skilled person in the game. Step 3: Win until you are beaten by something Step 4: Assess what you are being beaten by (and what class's ability it is), and try to figure out how it's a crutch Step 5: Bitch about it on the forums. Horrendous grammar, hypotheticals and calling people scrubs/fgts only strengthens your point. Step 6: Continue bitching in hundreds, if not thousands of posts that recycle the same points Step 7: Keep bitching until DeeJ releases a weekly update purely to shut you the fúck up Step 8: Make smug posts that simultaneously stroke your own bloated ego, high-five other Hunters (Yay, we ruined someone's playstyle in Destiny! Good job, team!) and shit all over the class/weapon you just ruined Step 9: Use this as an excuse to treat everyone else like shit and act like/believe you're better than them Step 10: Repeat 3-9 forever while calling yourself the master race

Show off dos caps

Triple jump is your friend. I have the opposite problem, the Titan lift always screws me up when doing the jumping puzzle in the raid. Of course I main a hunter.
-
If you hear a Titan use their sunbreaker, shoot the ground with voidwalker and RUN!
-
When coming out of the closet, tell your family first
-
Titan going to hunter huh? My tip: don't complain like the others.
-
For PvE I focus on recovery and toughness. Always go with higher jump since it's easier to get the same height than with triple jump. For pvp try everything and find out what works.

3 отв.Nightsalker has an amazing build. Recovery ain't all that great, so try to get that perfect balance between speed and armor. As for shadow shot, choose whichever perk you want. All of them are solid in both pve and pvp. Nightstalker in some ways can be a better bladedancer than bladedancer in terms of invisibility. Use vanish in smoke to your advantage if you need it. And never, ever, EVER forget about shadestep! Keen scout is also good.

1 ответGraviton forfeit + nightstalker is amazing. Maxed out intellect, shade step, keen scout. Use your grenades and smoke to tag and track your opponents. Shadow shot is great to shut down a sunbreaker or to lock up groups of opponents so that your team can gang up on them. It's a great class. If you really want to up the ante, I highly recommend using telesto as your special weapon. Hit an enemy and shade step away as they explode. It's amazing.

Have triple jump...
-
2 отв.Learn to blink. I typically use bladedancer subclass and equip blink, quick draw, hundering blade, and escape artist. Blink shotgun is effective and takes getting used to. This is specifically for PVP. PVE...whatever floats your boat.

Don't play for your team, play for yourself. Don't be a team player

2 отв.triple jump is probably the closest to Lift in terms of having three possible bursts of it. i hate the other hunter jumps lol, triple jump is where it's at :3

1 ответИзменено (Pivotaldude405): 11/22/2015 1:45:13 AMBlink strike a lot and equip a shotgun ,you should fit right in..

1 ответBlade dancer: It will seem fast at first whn you get blink but you should get used to it and because of this stay on the move you should almost never be stationary unless you are hard scooting or crouching for invis Use quick draw and get used to having to if you snipe and get a body shot switching to a primary to finish them off When ever supers or heavy are up try your best to blink dodge and run away by sliding and blinking Use blink to catch people off guard or to pop in and out of a chock point easly When using your super you have to be agrees ice and commit if you see 2 people down a hall with snipers and shotguns wait for them to get close then slide or blink to close the gap and attack if they run dont always use blink also slide and slash with your super to close gaps if you can't blink and they have a shotgun or sniper aimed at you slide and slash diagonally to though off their aim and close the gap at the same time For grenades use whatever fits your play style flux grenade is a worse version of the Titan magnetic grenade I use this to slick shotgun rushers or bounce of walls to make them stop for a second to not get stuck skip grenade use this to annoy the enemy and make them run these are also very good for covering your escape ad they bounce very well against walls you can also use it to weaken people down halls or hiding in corners arc bolt these where nerfed in y2 but are still usable place these to anticipate enemy's and weaken them if you are tuning and want to get a turn on them go down a hall turn throw a Granade and it will weaken anyone chasing Hope these tips help I'll try and add more if I can

Use shadestep religiously

4 отв.Shadowshot is a panic super. Go Gunslinger, we have to play safer with our super than any other Subclass in the game, we have to play smarter with our grenade (tripmine), and we also have to play smarter with our melee (throwing knife). All the other subclasses are below us in both skill and IQ. Go Gunslinger or go home.

8 отв.Heya. Nightstalker main here: - Learn to use your smoke. Personally I enjoy running sticky smoke because it allows me to more easily position a blind to win and encounter. If you REALLY feel like pushing this strat [armory]Sealed Ahamkara Grasps[/armory] and [armory]Monte Carlo[/armory] essentially give you smoke 24/7 - Your super is not for killing, but for control and playmaking. Learning when to drop your Shadowshot is super important. My bet advice is save it for Sunbreaker Titan ult counters and when large groups of people are bunched up. - Take Shadestep and abuse it. Liberally. Shadestep is a hugely advantageous mobility option that allows you to take risks you wouldn't be able to otherwise. Learn how to position yourself to use it to your advantage. -Use Voidwall grenade to kill people around walls.
-
2 отв.Either higher jump or triple jump is fine, you just need to work on your timing. I'd recommend doing patrol on Venus or the dreadnought, and just practice a bit. Make sure your build has decent agility (going full armor and recovery makes your jumps suck) Also, if you have any weapons that grant agility bonuses, equip them.
