To Bungie,

Since you really don't want to help me or even get in contact with a consumer of your product who is facing huge issues with gear being missing from ALL 3 characters, I don't know what to honestly do anymore. I'm not giving up on this because I want my hard earned gear back. I didn't do ANYTHING wrong to get my gear taken from me. I loaded up the game and started the update and my stuff was GONE. After being on the phone with Microsoft for hours with different people, we've confirmed that my account was NEVER compromised. This was something on your end Bungie and you need to fix this. I tried asking for help that you won't provide. Microsoft referred me to call the publisher (Activision) and try talking to them since you don't have a number to call for support and players only option is to post on the forums and hope they get noticed and their problem resolved. So to Bungie, thanks for not assisting me whatsoever or even listening to me. Thanks for taking my gear away and refusing to give it back. Thanks Bungie. I'm willing to be a civil person and not scream like a little kid. Just bloody contact me for once with actual help and listen to me okay? ~Soul EaterXx
